If you have already subscribed earlier and now wish to cancel your monthly payment, please follow these steps:
1. If you already have a PrivatBank card:
follow the link https://www.liqpay.ua/uk/adminpersonal/payments/subscriptions and log in (your LiqPay login and password are the same as your Privat24 credentials). Select our fund from the list of your subscriptions. In the upper right corner of the screen, click “Unsubscribe”.
2. If you are not a PrivatBank client:
please send a subscription cancellation request to the fund’s support email at info@1991fund.in.ua, including the subscription ID, amount, date, and a screenshot of your payment (if available).
